14.1 For every storage destination listed in Section 2 of this policy, individual website users possess varying degrees of indirect control over the personal information being submitted through the channels listed in Section 1.

15.1 Individual website users may email sales@ellemstone.co.za to update any information previously provided to Ellem Stone and/or Ellem Stone through communication channels spanning those listed in Section 1, in addition to information submitted to Ellem Stone and/or Ellem Stone through direct and indirect personal conversations, presentations and/or survey engagements.
15.2 Individual users may contact the Ellem Stone Head Office via telephone call on 031 500 6282 to request information be updated, as previously provided to Ellem Stone and/or Ellem Stone through communication channels similar to those listed in section 3.

16.1 At any point in time, individual website users may query the status and security of his/her previously submitted information, referring to Section 2 of this policy, by emailing sales@ellemstone.co.za or calling 031 500 6282.

17.1 At any point in time, individual website users may request that previously submitted data may be deleted from storage destinations owned and controlled by Ellem Stone and/or Ellem Stone. Insofar as our team has the ability to delete, confirm deletion and ensure permanent deletion of the personal information, we shall endeavor to ensure full compliance and report back to the individual website users as appropriate and necessary.

17.3 Deletion of information from integrated website analytics applications can be attempted but not entirely guaranteed unless a website user makes efforts to update his/her individual browser settings, as Ellem Stone have access but not control over the information generally tracked by Google Analytics, Google AdWords Express and Google Search Console. Individual website users acknowledge, understand and agree to indemnifying Ellem Stone of any legal and/or financial claims resulting in non-permanent deletion of data through integrated website analytics applications.

While every endeavor is made to keep all stakeholders informed of amendments, it is the responsibility of the individual website user to regularly refresh this page in his/her browser to ensure personal access to the most relevant and accurate policy version.
